Claims Period:

  • Claims should be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Returns received after 30 days will regrettably not be accommodated.

  • No returns are accepted without an authorization number.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and labels still attached. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for return.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.


  • For claims made within the first 14 days:

    • You are eligible for a full refund.

  • For claims made between 15 to 30 days:

    • You will receive a store credit unless there is a defect with the item.

    • In the case of a defect, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.

  • When submitting your return request, please indicate the item(s) you wish to return on the form.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have received and processed the returned item(s).

Currently, we are unable to process exchanges automatically. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and then place a new order on for the item you desire.
